In this world, monsters were once equal to humans, but there was a battle between them. This sent the creatures to the dungeons where they are held captive.
You will encounter some creatures along the way to Nothingness. There are three ways in which you can deal with all of them: you can end their lives, make them all live, or pick who lives and who dies. Both three forms of encounters will open the gate to the surface, but how it will be achieved and who will access it will be different from each other.
Although there are predators you can choose to show mercy on, there are those who would not fail to take yours. A match with an opponent will immediately place you in a combat mode. A tiny heart appears on the screen as it reflects the soul. At the end of the battle, you can opt to bring an end to their lives or let them survive. Notice that saving their life doesn't guarantee you're friends right away.
